CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
We’re looking for a customer service assistant to join our growing team. Based at our office in Birmingham, West Midlands, you will be working closely with our management and customer experience team. If you have a genuine interest in dog nutrition and country sports, please consider applying. Duties will include:
- Taking customer orders
- Dealing with customer and trade enquiries
- Working with our nutrition team to respond to referrals for nutritional advice
Ideally you will have some customer service experience, however this is not essential. Full training is given, however you should have an interest in developing your skills and knowledge with us. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications in customer services and leadership. If you’re looking to gain experience and develop a personal portfolio in article research and copywriting, this may be the ideal role for you. We’re looking for passionate individuals who wish to develop their skills and at the same time, provide our readers with interesting articles. As a volunteer blog writer, you will be free to write as many or as few articles as you wish. All your work will be published under your author profile within the Hunters Natural blog and at times in print. We will provide you with free training, skill development opportunities and a portfolio of your work to show potential employees in the future.
